“Oh my goodness! The food was so good! I ordered one of everything because I love trying new foods. My order came with Amritsari Chicken, Aloo ki sabzi, and Dol. Each entree came with a side of the best fragrant rice and 2 pieces of Naan on the side. Everything was fresh and hot. The customer service was great and they gave me a sample while I waited for my Naan to finish cooking. I couldn’t wait to get home and I literally happy danced the entire time I was eating! 11/10 will order again!”

“Had a special order for my birthday party, the dish wasn’t on the menu but because we ordered enough they made it. Have to say, it was the best Chicken Bhuna I’ve had in over a decade! Simply wonderful! Had the Vindaloo last night, again they nailed it! We’ll be back again and again! These folks need the kind of support that leads to a real restaurant in town. “ We had their butter chicken and vegetable medley from the Valentine’s Day opening menu. The food is spot on, and has amazing flavor!
The butter chicken was perfect. The chicken wasn’t dry, and all of the flavors mended perfectly. The same goes for the vegetable medley.
The only suggestion I have is maybe a little bit bigger on the portion size. If the food is this good all the time, The Cloves is going to succeed in the Winona community! We’ll definitely be back for more! ”

The proprietor of this little establishment is very kind, on top of being a great chef! I really enjoyed the rice + eggplant curry and rice + chicken vindaloo that I bought for $30 last Saturday (March 2). I was full and satisfied after both meals over two separate days - one cannot ask for much more than that!”
